THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still breaks down. The quality is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd purchased something functional instead. Save
